Colin and Mark formed CM Constructions in 1987 with our Spanish partner Jose. In La Marina Alicante, there we worked together, hands on carrying out many major reforms / extensions and complete garden makeovers and tiling. We also fitted a wide range of metalwork.

Our Camposol office was opened in Jan 2000 and can be found next to The Ferriteria at No 5, Commercial Centre, Sector A, Urb Camposol.

With over 20 years experience in the construction industry in Spain, we can help you with any type of building work that you may require, such as: swimming pool construction, under builds, walls, extensions, patios & more... We can also help with all the necessary licenses and permits required and have an architect who can help you plan and build a new villa if you wish!

Our team of 12 Spanish/south American builders are all legal fully qualified, licenced and competent and have had many years experience and training in Spanish construction practices.

We have a high reputation for quality and reliability and have hundreds of satisfied customers on Urb Camposol and surrounding areas of Mazarron, Totana, Fuente Alamo etc. (Please see comments / previous work). Hi Mark & Colin, We chose CM Constructions to build our underbuild, terracing, walls and gateway for our Fortuna villa on Camposol. The underbuild covered the complete floor area of the Fortuna and included several rooms and a shower room and toilet You helped us select the architect to obtain the necessary approvals, and worked with our swimming pool contractor to provide a finished job that we are extremely pleased with. We were in England during much of the building work, and we therefore needed someone we could trust, who was reliable and with whom we could communicate easily to resolve the issues that invariably arise during building work. The whole job went very smoothly, the level of workmanship is high and all issues sorted out quickly. The costs were as agreed. We highly recommend CM Constructions for building work, giving a high standard of building work and peace of mind.

Dear Mark, Just thought we would confirm in writing how very pleased we are with the building work and patio that you and your company have just completed for us on the Country Club. The workmanship is first class, clean, tidy and honest fully licensed and insured workmen. Left us with a job to be proud of. Walls raised and slabbing around pool, no mess and no nasty surprises with the bill at the end. They are first rate builders I was more than pleased with the work and the workers they even helped with the permits and have to say they will go out of their way to help.

Last year we wanted to take half our floor down to extend our roof solarium and make a balcony. We had various quotes in the end picked the middle one. That was Mark & his dad from A Sector Camposol, they were very professional, they took us to other clients to view their work and ask any questions. The work was completed on time, the workmen worked from 8am - 6pm (January), cleaned up every night and we are thrilled with the workmanship. Yes he is registered and for our piece of mind, we feel we did the best thing.
